    1. Clean. Wash the inside of your lens with a drop of dish soap and warm water, then rinse well.

    2. Wet. Run the LORVYN lens and the inside of your eyewear under clean water.

    3. Position. Place the lens on the inside surface, centred in front of your pupil.

    4. Press and dry. Press gently from the centre outward to push out water and air, then pat dry. Let it set before your first session.

    Air bubbles? Peel it off, rinse and reapply.

    Use the SPH (sphere) number from your glasses prescription. Available from -1.00 to -6.00.

    Different power in each eye? Choose a power for each lens.

    Spherical only: these lenses don't correct astigmatism (CYL).

    Not sure of your number? Check your latest prescription or ask your optometrist.

    Made for smooth, clear inner lens surfaces: glasses, sunglasses, cycling glasses, ski and MX goggles, swim goggles and dive masks.

    Line the centre of the lens up with your pupil. For smaller lenses, trim the outer edge with sharp scissors.
